Using the Sengoku Variant (if you don't have max special Sengoku), you have to replace Usopp for Conis for a little ATK Buff. 
If you don't have sengoku you can just switch Garp to the captain. Also you may use double Garp. Coby + Garp + Mr.2 are usable on turn 1 on boss stage. You may have to wait for Usopp on turn 4.
